What shipping carrier do you use?

USPS Mail (Parcel Select for overweight packages). Signature confirmation will be required for packages over $300.

Are there any shipping restrictions?

Yes, we don't ship to storage facilities, shipping centers, and hotels. Orders with unverified shipping addresses may be canceled. 

Do you ship internationally?

No, we only ship within the Continental United States.

Purchase Restrictions.

We do not ship to resellers or drop ship for sellers.

Packaging

All products will be shipped in their original Oneida packaging when available. Please contact us if are in need of it being packaged in an Oneida box for gift giving.

How long does shipping normally take?

• Expected delivery date of 4-5 business days on orders placed before 1pm EST (excluding weekends and holidays). This means if you place a order after 1pm EST on a Friday, you won't be expected to receive it until the following Thursday. However, if your order is placed on Tuesday before 1pm EST, you can expect to get it by that Saturday.

    Oneida Satin Astragal Set of 8 Coffee Spoons

    These spoons arrived in excellent condition, and they were well priced. My only disappointment with them is perhaps an oversight on my part? Based on the picture and description, I expected them to be an exact match to the spoons I already have from our marriage more than 20 years ago. As soon as they arrived I could tell that although the style is the same general design, the spoon is just slightly smaller (perhaps a half inch shorter in length) and the difference is unfortunately noticeable. Still a very nice product.

    I ordered three sets of 4 to have 12 place settings. Unusual and lovely. I only wish it was 18-10 instead of 18-0 stainless steel. Even so an excellent buy in terms of both style and price.

    If you want Oneida 's absolute best, this is it. This set is made in Italy and it rivals Mepra. Actually, I would swear it is Mepra. The finish is an old fashioned, worn looking pewter, you might describe as tumbled. If you like this sort of finish, don't hesitate to buy this heavy flatware set. If you don't like the pewter finish but want something beautiful and shiny, I recommend Oneida 's Naturally Norwegian Foss, or any of their Naturally Norwegian patterns. Neither Myles nor the Naturally Norwegian line is produced anymore, but both are superior to anything else out there. That is high praise from me. This Myles is beautiful and feels good to hold, almost like velvet.
