OUR STORY: Finest Flatware is a family run business located in Chapel Hill, North Carolina. Everything on our website is in stock and in our warehouse. We carry over 500 patterns: all brand new and first quality. We ship within one business day and we strive to provide the lowest prices, and a quality product. We ship to the US only and only to consumers. We have been selling flatware on the internet since 2001 and will continue to make complete customer satisfaction our primary goal.We reserve the right to not sell to customers who are purchasing our products to resell.

Ordering & Shipping

• Free Shipping when you spend $49 or more.
• If your order is less than $49, Standard Shipping is $4.99.

How long does shipping normally take?

• Expected delivery date of 4-5 business days on orders placed before 1pm EST (excluding weekends and holidays). This means if you place a order after 1pm EST on a Friday, you won't be expected to receive it until the following Thursday. However, if your order is placed on Tuesday before 1pm EST, you can expect to get it by that Saturday.

What shipping carrier do you use?

• USPS Mail (Parcel Select for overweight packages). Signature confirmation will be required for packages over $300.

Are there any shipping restrictions?

• Yes, we don't ship to storage facilities, shipping centers, and hotels. Orders with unverified shipping addresses may be canceled. Oversized & heavy products including Dinnerware, Cookware, and Cutlery are only available for shipping in the Contiguous United States (ships directly in 3-5 days).

Do you ship internationally?

• No, we only ship within the Continental United States.

Returns

    These spoons arrived in excellent condition, and they were well priced. My only disappointment with them is perhaps an oversight on my part? Based on the picture and description, I expected them to be an exact match to the spoons I already have from our marriage more than 20 years ago. As soon as they arrived I could tell that although the style is the same general design, the spoon is just slightly smaller (perhaps a half inch shorter in length) and the difference is unfortunately noticeable. Still a very nice product.

    I ordered three sets of 4 to have 12 place settings. Unusual and lovely. I only wish it was 18-10 instead of 18-0 stainless steel. Even so an excellent buy in terms of both style and price.
